Dr. Randy Ritz is a leading innovator in the development of “real-time” interactive workshops that build group communication, cooperation, and creativity. In Dallas, Chicago, Houston, Toronto — professionals, educators and actors have participated in sessions that are invigorating and dramatic. Workshops are so enjoyable, so active, that participants are unaware that they have stretched personal comfort-zones and smashed walls that limit communication.
Dr. Ritz is also a dynamic keynote speaker. His delivery is unique. He incorporates story-telling technique that spell binds his audience to help make his points with style and clarity. He does it sometimes gently, sometimes forcefully, to generate a positive and long-lasting impact. He practices what he preaches. He expresses his passion in ways that captivate, energize and transform an audience.
Randy has shared the stage with the likes of Tony Campolo and George Merritt (nominee for Best Actor Award in a Broadway musical) and has coached Hollywood actor Nathan Fillion (Saving Private Ryan, Desperate Housewives). He is an independent film producer and visionary director of over forty productions, many of them national in scope.
Randy is the Author of Act it Out (Standard Publishing) and The Secret Life of the Public Speaker. Dr. Ritz is the Director of Drama at Concordia University of Alberta.
Randy speaks professionally with his wife, Dorothy. Both are residents of Edmonton.
