"I've been a fan of Norman since meeting him when I was a student in the Tactics for Success program and he was an instructor. His ability to present complex ideas in a clear and easy-to-understand manner is to be envied and emulated. I had the great pleasure recently to attend a lecture he gave on the topic of the War of 1812, and was again impressed with the depth of knowledge he demonstrated, his ability to pull out salient details, and do it all in a manner that kept me engaged and entertained. I was particularly impressed when my 17 year old daughter (who HATES Canadian history,) turned to me after the presentation and said that she actually learned something new and wanted to know a bit more! I would not hesitate to recommend Norman for any role he felt capable of tackling…"
