This theatrical keynote, presented by husband and wife team Dorothy and Randy Ritz, identifies current trends of thought and action in the four generations found in the workplace. Traditionalists, Boomers, Gen X, and Millennials (18 to 25 year olds) all inhabit the same space in many organizations and corporations. Each generation brings their own baggage, insight and unique approach to fulfilling expected outcomes.

In this presentation, humor and dramatic events are used to reinforce concepts which create a cohesive and productive work environment. Solid theory helps individuals gain understanding as to what makes each generation “tick”.

“When World’s Collide” presents specific strategies—called intersection points—that bring all four demographics together to create a healthier team.

One of the strengths of the keynote is world class story-telling. Stories teach us about each other and they add generous amounts of humour to the presentation.

Audience members will leave inspired to continue discussions on the topic and consider how they will implement ways to bridge the generation gaps in their workplace.

Breakout session or expanded follow-up practical seminar with Dorothy Ritz is available upon request.
