Seminar Overview
To succeed in today’s hectic world, we must learn to master one of the most important personal and management skill: “the ability to listen and understand other people”.

This seminar focuses on three important areas: 1) active listening for better understanding, 2) asking the right questions, and 3) effectively dealing with people in emotionally charged situations. Each of these main topics will be explored in detail while introducing proven new ways to genuinely and effectively communicate with others. The ideas presented during this seminar will precipitate a fundamental change in the way you “communicate” and deal with people and provide instant insights into how to create and sustain more open and honest conversations. The key to successful communication is leaning how to “SNAP ON” to others without threat or fear of negative repercussions.

Seminar Learning Outcomes:
Avoid being a “party” listener and learn how to “SNAP ON” to others. This seminar will fundamentally change your effectiveness in approaching others to engender effective, positive and generative relations that outlast the present and continue for a lifetime.

Bob will teach participants how to:

  • Pause, thus avoiding the “snapshot”, and automatically reacting
  • Discuss issues in a way that encourages people to open up” rather than “clam up
  • Give positive and constructive feedback to motivate others
  • Handle emotionally charged situations and have the “tough” conversations that you have been avoiding.
