-Personality Dimensions and Myers-Briggs Workshops line

Take your pick. Depending upon your group objectives you can choose either a half or a full-day Personality Dimensions or a half or a full-day Meyers-Briggs workshop.

The first halfs of either of these workshops serve as a great “stand alone” workshop. Participants get to know themselves better and to also get to know the other participants better. This understanding serves as basis for better communication, motivation, achievement of common goals, and mutual respect.

Taken to the next level, during the second half of a full day workshop, Personality Dimensions and Myers-Briggs workshops can help participants in one or more of the several practical applications.

Half day – first three hour session.









During the first half day. When you know what your core values and needs are and feel good about them, you can perform at your highest potential in every area of life. And when you share a working, mutual understanding of others’ core values and needs, you have the basis to communicate, motivate, and achieve common goals with utmost dignity, and mutual respect. This tool is easy to understand and can be applied to the real world immediately.
Will introduce participants to better understanding preferences, heightening awareness of diversity, understanding personal type, utilizing each person's talents, setting learning objectives, and fitting diversity awareness into the organizational culture.




Second Half-Day Workshop second three hour session -usually the same day.
