dynamic workshop, Crisis Communication – Making Your Organization Bulletproof.

If an accident were to occur on one of your sites and members of the media were on hand looking for answers, would you know how to react? Would you know who to contact first in the case of a public emergency? Would you know what to say and how to say it? Would your staff? Or should they be saying anything?

The way in which you and your staff conduct yourselves can protect your organization’s brand when it’s most in danger of being compromised. Grant will help participants decipher the mystery of dealing with the media by showing good and bad examples of organizations that have dealt with a crisis.

Grant’s workshop will be tailored to meet your organization’s specific needs. It can even include one-on-one work with leaders in front of the camera, followed by a critique of what they did right, what they did wrong and how they could do it better the next time around. Grant works with a professional cameraman to record and measure the progress of participants.

Crisis Communication workshops can be delivered within 1.5 hours for conferences and may last up to a full-day depending on client needs.

Here are just some of the Crisis Communication learning outcomes:

  • The basics of having a simple one-page communication policy and what it needs to contain
